MJ Memorial Service

Well just finished watching the Michael Jackson Memorial Service, on BBC-2, and I must say it was quite something. Especially as it was thrown together right at the last minute, and a few hiccups aside at the start, I have to say it was quite a moving experience.

As someone who grew up listening to his music, as I'm sure most here did, I thought he was truely the best entertainer.
My sister and I are gutted not to be going to his concert anymore, & I for one will miss him.

Just what the world needed.....

A lavish concert costing millions to pay homage to an entertainer who allegedly fondled little boys and paid one of them off for his silence, while us Brits just took reciept of another two dead service men from Afghanistan. They got 2 mins on the news, then forgotten about. They couldnt dance, they couldnt sing but ultimately they sacrificed their lives for the greater good. Sometimes the world is a fucked up place!!!!

Also slacker i know what you mean m8.....i grew up with this guy and also enjoyed his videos and songs.A great performer has been lost but the hype for me has spoiled it totally.
