hey ppl.

some time ago ive installed norton 2008 on the laptop of a friend.
today i visited her (and gave her a massage, which made her moan^^....this isnt public....right?!) and noticed how slow her laptop was.

after some time ive discovered the reason, why her laptop was so slow: she has as she discribed it "ehm....something about 400mhz and i dunno how much ram.....what is a gpu?".
so i guess till she has a new laptop ill have to remove norton and fetch her a decent anti-vir prog from back in the days, which doesnt slow down her laptop that much.

any suggestions?

ill guide her through her control panel via telephone so she can give me her accurate system specs but it seems to be around 400mhz.

does anyone know a good anti-vir prog which doesnt require a fast cpu or ram?

ps: she has HUGE tits, so if you guys could make me look like a knight in shining armor, it would be pretty much awesome ;)

Tbh i would go with this http://free.avg.com/

Avg free .

Its a pretty good free anti virus and has a pretty good detection rate.

Its not neccessarily how old the AV is but its footprint on your system. Try both Vlads and Andys - both are good. I put AVG free on clients comps when they still use the shit they get bundled with their comps like norton and Mcafee (sucks ass).

I also have to agree with Cypher, AVG ftw. I used to use Norton, till I realised just how much its was slowing my pc down.
My tattooist told me about AVG a couple of years ago and I've used it ever since with no problems, and it is totally free.

Avast is ok but believe me it gets so many false positives you don't really know what's a virus and what isn't :(

I dl soooooo many cracked games that I need an AV that doesn't shit itself everytime it sees a key generator. Thats why I don't use avast. However it is a very thorough AV.

NB I use comodo firewall with avg free on my laptop and just AVG Pro on my desktop. Never had any probs with viruses since I used AVG apart from at xmas when I didnt have my web shield turned on and picked up a nasty bastard from a fake winrar site. That bugger took me two weeks to get rid of :(

Let us know if the AV has got you laid yet Wabbit ;)
