ok well today i was playing in the fbg server nif .... anyway theres one player ive seen before now n then come to the nif server ...and his ping is freeeking me out .. it idles at 5 ... when i seen him join the server it drops rapidly from around 200 -300 to 5 ....when the round refreshes hes pings about 20 odd then slowly slips back to 5. when i spectate him he was also very laggy .. when he left the server there was also a jerk in lagg .. once he had gone it was ok ...anyway i beleve his rates are not set .. and hes using cmdrate 0 to cover up hes downloading gay porn or somet .lol the players name is { i m 10 } look out for him .. any way carnt we stop the use of cmdrate 0 ......anybody with ping rate of 5 to me is a ping hacker ..unless they are actuly running the server . he also had no fbg profile ...

The only thing setting his cmdrate to 0 will do is not show his true ping in game, but he will be kicked off the server if it's over 110 none the less

Well what you seen in score chart thats not PING, its called LATENCY. Latency is ping+all game net engine compensation (cmdrate, rate, updaterate, lag compensation etc.)
To seen real client PING you need type in console "ping". So if you seen latency 5 in score chart and in console 160ms you will be shore there something is wrong (to have latency 5 your ping need be 12 - 20 ms).
