i3d fail !

All our game servers at i3d is currently down. FTP is down. shh access is down. So I contacted their help desk and got to talk to some noob and this is what he said.

- i3d: Are u sure the server is down
- Matt: Yes
- i3d: Wait a min and I'll check......
- i3d: Yes, it seems to be down indeed....
- i3d: Have u tried to remotely reboot it ?
- Matt: How can I reboot it if I cant access it by ssh or control panel ?
- i3d: Yes that seems to be a problem.
- i3d: I will raise a support ticket at out technical desk and they will look at it.
- Matt: And thats it ?!
- i3d: Yes, they will look at it as soon as possible

Server Offiline

Dedicated server is offline, also BMC cannot be reached.

After removing the network cable and reinserting it the server was reachable again.

We are afraid that it had to do with our network disturbance yesterday evening.
